Minett Studio was commisioned to design the food and beverage venues to a luxury boutique hotel in the Melbourne CBD. The offering was All Day dining and general breakfast offering for guests. Club Lounge for a more intimate and exclusive level of guest which offered food an beverage through the day as part of the tariff for the executive suites. A luxurious Lobby Bar that would also facilitate pre-dinner drinks and event cocktail parties. A refined palette of dark timbers, brass fittings and plush velvets to add texture, depth and luxury to the spaces. Dark framing elements add solidity and structure while the textured soft furnishings add colour and a sense of playfulness.
